John Lennon Early Years Film Ready For Production

A picture show about the early long time of former Beatle John Lennon is ready to go into production, according to a Film industry publication.

Artist Sam Taylor-Wood will direct 'Nowhere Boy', patch Matt Greenhalgh, who wrote the Ian Curtis picture show Control, has signed up to write the screenplay.

The film will focus on the influence that Lennon's mother and aunt had on his young calling, and will be shot in his hometown of Liverpool.

"I knew as I closed the final page that this was the film I had been looking to direct, Taylor-Wood told Screen Daily Magazine.

"The history spoke to me on so many levels - both personal and artistic. The women in John's early life truly shaped who he became, and the strengths and weaknesses of their relationships ar central to this flick."

At submit, it's not clear when the moving picture will be released.
